Basic Stay with Good Location

The room met my basic needs for a solo traveler. Conveniently located off the highway, it made my travel easier. Though it lacked some amenities, clean areas around the property and easy access to nearby dining options were notable. A quiet night’s rest was appreciated.

The room was clean with nice furnishings. Staff were genuinely helpful when we needed a new room after a toilet issue. It was easy to find snacks nearby, but I wished there were more options on-site.

Our stay at Motel 6-Roseburg, Or was quite pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, with two comfortable queen beds, which was perfect for our family. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy for travel. It was also nice to have nearby restaurants and gas stations for our needs.

No elevators or breakfast options.

I had a decent stay at Motel 6 in Roseburg. The check-in process was quick, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean room with comfortable beds, which made for a good night’s sleep. It was nice to find a location right off the freeway, making it easy to get back on the road. The nearby In & Out Burgers and Costco were perfect spots for quick meals and essentials. However, I did notice some issues. Despite having a non-smoking room, I still caught the smell of smoke and pot coming from adjacent rooms, especially in the mornings. It was quite unpleasant. Also, I didn't appreciate that some areas around the property felt a bit sketchy with loitering guests and noise from the parking lot. I would love to see more attention to the safety and ambiance of the area around the hotel. It has potential, but some improvements could make a big difference.

Super convenient being right off the highway with restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the comfy stay overall.

excellent proximity to parks and museums for city strollers

During my stay, I loved how close the Douglas County Museum of History and Natural History was, making it easy to explore local culture, while also enjoying the beautiful views at Stewart Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of sightseeing.

Convenient highway access

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Unexpectedly charged extra for fridge and microwave. Ice machine broken on third floor.

The stay was enjoyable, featuring a clean and quiet environment that's hard to come by. Staff were helpful, promptly addressing issues—when our toilet didn't flush, we were offered a different room across the hall with no hassle. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options and easy access to the freeway. A bonus was the vending machine offering cold milk for morning coffee.
